Our no visa, no fee promise.

We offer a no win no fee service designed to protect our clients and ensure their case is successful. There are occasions, however, where we do not offer refunds – for example, if a client is refused a visa due to character or for medical reasons. All potential clients are emailed contracts prior to commencement and these also contain our terms and conditions.
